If not all ordered accounts have been delivered within 5 business days after your payment has been credited to our bank account, we refund the fees for the undelivered accounts, including their proxy share, for the paid quarter. Refunds are paid within 10 business days to the account or card you paid from.
Fees for delivered accounts are not refundable. If a delivered account is restricted, we replace it free of charge.
You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current quarter. Email info@infrastructure-scale.com before the next quarter is invoiced (14 days before the current quarter ends). No further charges are made after cancellation.
